The CALM Clinic is where I will share how I have kept a sense of contentment, gratitude, peace & ultimately joy when my life, my circumstances have often felt anything but calm and in control.  It is with this foundation of feeling at peace, clear of mind that I am able to fulfil my commitments at work, responsibilities at home feeling confident and with a heart full of joy.

Create Calm & Meditate

To meditate is to 'inspire' which literally means to  'breathe in life'.  Through the practice of intentional mindfulness, we connect with our breath, our life source, and feel it flow through our body.  Through this practice we feel calm, centred & in control. Get this week's meditation free

MEDITATION AS MEDICINE

My experience

Following a series of traumatic life experiences, I was left with a diagnosis of PTSD, Clinic Depression, Insomnia & disordered eating.  I chose not to take medication and instead, chose to heal myself happy with meditation, mindfulness & holistic health practices.

 

My experience to the depth of darkness was enlightening.  I am now annoyingly joyful and if you hang out with me long enough, I will have you believing you can achieve anything you want to, too!

 

As well as being the the founder of XOAliMortimer brand, Coach & Mentor, running memberships, masterminds, leading courses & supporting my private clients.  I am also a mum to two teenage boys, wife to James, dog walker to a crazy little spaniel, property developer & luxury holiday home owner, full social calendar & verging on fanatical about keeping healthy!  

 

I have a lot going on! The key I have found to staying cool, calm, collected is to be conscious of my mind, my thoughts, my behaviours and therefore finding the abiilty to consciously control my energy, my attitudes and in doing so, it is how I am creating a happy life every day.

The CALM Clinic is where you can do the same.
