I am a highly experienced mentor and coach, with qualifications in Life & Holistic Health Coaching, Mindfulness & Meditation & have a special interest in Human Design, energetics, emotional & spiritual connection, love & happiness!
I have coached global teams to deliver strategic results as well as privately coached and mentored CEO’s of business, high flying lawyers to established entrepreneurs & start-ups as well as women running their households. She has delivered live meditations, mindfulness, health & happiness sessions on global virtual stages during the pandemic as well as on-stage keynote talks & trainings for UK corporations. She has worked in Tier 1, blue chip companies, worked as a freelance consultant and also created multiple successful start up businesses & lived and loved it all!
I have been through many of my own life changing & difficult times. I have experienced marriage, infidelity, betrayal, separation and healed a relationship. I have left a corporate career & created a new purpose - with multiple revenue streams & new ways of working. I have lost my health physically, mentally & emotionally (clinical depression, PTSD, insomnia and an eating disorder) recovered & am now healthiest I have ever been as I approach 50. I have experienced a depth of grief & loss from losing my Mum to Alzheimer's multiple times & then finally & very suddenly to pneumonia.
I survived all my traumatic life events, turning my life around, recreating my life over and over so it keeps getting better and better, using my own blend of human strategies and soulful & emotional principles.
